My 3rd stop in the tenderloin trail, so far it was the best I had. Thicker than some but not too thick. Very good flavor. They also have the unique sidewinder fries. Can't find them very often. Great place for a good valued meal. Definitely worth the drive if you live in Ankeny or Pleasant Hill/Altoona area.

I really like the cafe. Everything taste so good and is so affordable. I like its retro feeling. Staff is always really good and super friendly. I highly recommend having lunch or breakfast here!!! The grocery side is always super clean and looking spiffy, with friendly staff.

I stopped by with my nephews to pick up some food and the wonderful lady working saw my Wounded Warrior polo so she asked if I was a veteran. Then told me about their discount for veterans store wide. This store just keeps getting better.

We eat at Brick Street Market often and love it. They recently made some changes to their menu. The mushrooms on the appetizer menu have a new look. They are now hand-breaded and are amazing! We took an order home the other night and one order definitely wasn't enough. If you're a fried mushroom fan you have to give them a try! YUM!
